LoopShift was founded in Dubai in July 2025 by Varun Pandey, a procurement technology and analytics specialist with more than a decade of experience working with large enterprises across aviation, energy, logistics, and government. After years of implementing procurement platforms and analytics programs, he repeatedly saw the same problem: Organizations had invested heavily in systems. They had data. But they lacked clarity.

Critical operational decisions were slowed by fragmented data, disconnected dashboards, and manual analysis.

LoopShift was created to bridge that gap: connecting enterprise data across systems and turning it into insight leaders can actually act on.

Varun Pandey has spent more than 16 years working at the intersection of procurement, analytics, and enterprise technology. He has supported large organizations in implementing procurement platforms, building analytics capabilities, and improving operational visibility across complex supply chains and enterprise environments.

His work spans industries including aviation, logistics, manufacturing, energy, and public sector organizations across the Middle East and beyond.

These experiences provided firsthand insight into the operational challenges enterprises face, and the opportunity to solve them through better data and decision intelligence.
